Customer service

This report covers the customer service channel — how quickly we respond to inquiries, how long tickets take to close, and what people are writing in about. Customer service is a leading indicator of how EK behaves when something goes wrong. It is not the same thing as warranty processing, which begins only when a CS ticket is confirmed as a physical defect and which we report separately as Product quality →.

Quality of product — warranty claim rates, RMA resolution times, and defect rates — is reported separately as Product quality → and remains in preparation pending a clean post-transition data window.
