Can EK ship what it sells, and support it after the sale?
Transparency
EK products are now produced and sold by LM TEK d.o.o., which operates the EK brand under an exclusive license. It did not acquire EKWB d.o.o., its debts, or its liabilities.
The outstanding customer orders, supplier obligations, and legacy debt belong to EKWB d.o.o. LM TEK pays brand licence royalties directly to EKWB d.o.o., where they are applied exclusively to servicing those obligations. Edvard König remains as owner and sole employee of EKWB d.o.o. in order to fulfil those financial obligations.
This site publishes the operational, financial, and manufacturing data that supports the claims we make about the recovery. We publish metrics we can defend, with methodology notes, and we do not revise figures after they have been published. The dashboard below is the current state; updates explain what changed and why.

Headline metrics are drawn from the Outstanding orders report. More metrics publish as each cluster becomes transparent.
The dashboard is organised around six clusters — each answering one question the community has a reason to ask. Clusters without a published report show the preparation status honestly rather than being hidden.

Cluster · Product quality
Is the product reliable, and is EK honouring its warranty commitments?
Trailing indicator. Warranty claim rate, RMA resolution time, and return-and-defect rate require twelve months of clean data on products sold by LM TEK before they're publishable as a trend. We will not publish a counter without a verifiable denominator.

Who is doing the work, and is the company staffed?
Preparing. Headcount trend and continuity data publish alongside the first annual review.
The baseline state of every cluster on the dashboard at first publication: what data exists, where it comes from, how often it refreshes, and what is not yet measurable.
