EK is under new management. This site publishes the operational, financial, and manufacturing data that supports the claims we make about the recovery. We publish metrics we can defend, with methodology notes, and we do not revise figures after they have been published. The dashboard below is the current state; updates explain what changed and why.

Trailing indicator. Warranty claim rate, RMA resolution time, and return-and-defect rate require twelve months of clean post-transition data before they're publishable as a trend. We will not publish a counter without a verifiable denominator.
